As the Chief Marketing Officer of K9s For Warriors, Tahoma Guiry implements policies and practices that have generated viral program awareness and resulted in considerable organizational funding. She leads an Education/PR team that produces engaging multimedia content and is instrumental in establishing solid constituent relationships. Via her foresight, the Education department gains widespread media coverage and boosts corporate, donor, and volunteer support through creative strategy.
Tahoma came to K9s For Warriors with 20 years of proven success leading strategic campaigns. She has profound experience in agency, corporate, broadcast, and nonprofit marketing. Tiffany & Co., Standard Pacific Homes, Rosemblum’s Clothier, Whataburger, Bono’s Pit Bar-B-Q, and Smart Pharmacy are some of the brands for which she’s delivered noteworthy marketing results. Her skills span many creative miles, including: project management, copywriting, social media, events, media relations, branding, vendor management, and leadership.
Outside of her full-time job, Tahoma is also a graduate of the 2017 Leadership Jacksonville class, a board member of the American Marketing Association – Jacksonville Chapter, and a member of the CMO club. Additionally, she is on the Professionals Advisory Council for the Gabriel House of Care, and serves on Women’s Guild to support area mothers of disadvantaged families.

Tahoma has a B.A. in Communication from the University of North Florida and resides in sunny Jacksonville, Florida with her husband, three children and two dogs. She spends her weekends on the soccer sideline cheering on her son as goalkeeper.
