The Finance Department provides financial management, planning and analysis, cost accounting structure, and financial reporting in accordance with corporate policies, generally accepted accounting principles, and applicable laws. Financial planning translates strategic goals, objectives and operational needs into a quantitative and fiscal (budget) plan for the Board to approve.
To protect the assets off the organization the Finance Department has a fiduciary responsibility to develop and establish an effective risk management program, and to implements and enforces a robust internal control system.
Other administrative services provided includes payroll, human resources, benefits administration, tax services, and compliance with established laws and regulations.
